This sector, although still in development, has a tendency to accomplish
the best possible connections with top security schools, for example
Israeli, which is according to eminent experts , one of the best in the
world, Anglo-Saxon and Russian.

Up to now we have organised courses for the students here and abroad ,
with the mediation of a private company which is one of our cooperants.
Apresent vision of ULPT management is to train future instructors in the
best previously mentioned schools and to establish a training center for
the people from the private sector of the security and the security in the
critical areas, in the first place the countries from African, Near East
and Asian region.

Also ULPT has human resources with that profile which are currently
detached in Near East countries with the experience of the Security
Consultants in American organisations.

According to the experience of those who are currently in the critical
areas, there is a great demand for well trained people with a good
knowledge of English to do the jobs of PSD (private security detail).

Of course, our vision of THE RECRUITMENT of the people from Serbia and
the surroundings as well as THE TRAINING for the other companies already doing the same business is well known.

Taking into account what kind of job it is and the place where it is
performed, people mistake this job for a missionary job, not knowing that
the people in charge for this job must be highly trained and without any
criminal files with the special attention that they must be without any
WAR CRIME ACTIONS.
