The sector which is called THE SECTOR OF THE INTERNAL CONTROL in the systematization refers ONLY to the companies we offer services of that
kind. The people employeed in that part of the control are divided into two
profiles.
The first part are the people with longterm experience in criminal police
jobs, property offences and economy criminal departments who left the
service or who are retired.

The second part are the people who are employeed temporarly and who are without any experience in that sector and we train them for the work in those branches.
In this time of the tranzition from social into private ownership, we have
faced the fact that there are a lot of space for some illegal actions,
starting with the old management in the companies in the time of the duty
transfer, which is sometimes longer than a year, and through those who are employeed in the production and security of the objects who are very often connected by the same interests which is harmful for a new owner.
That is why the management of the ULPT has decided to give the priority to this part of the job and development of this sector.

Internal control of production companies, with the special review of :
• Control of the workers in production sections
• Ratio of the raw materials and full products
• Control of the complete register connected with the production process, storage and sale, i.e. delivery to the immediate consumers
Internal control of construction companies, with the special accent to oil
and oil derivatives. Analyses which show the ratio of the used oil , number
of the work hours and the job itself. The control of the raw materials and
full products is done here the same as at "intern control of production
companies".

Internal control of car transportation companies, where the special
attention is paid at parameters of the consumption of oil and oil
derivatives, oil and lubricants, tires, electric batteries and other spare
parts.Through the control of oil and oil derivatives, the route for the
vehicles and different analyses, an average consumption for each vehicle
can be calculated with the aim to lessen the consumption of oil.
Also, through suitable register, the justification of oil, lubricants,
tires and electric batteries change can be checked, and in real situations
it can be checked if such changes have really been done or some alientation
has been done through some false documents.

The workers in control with the help of measures and actions based on
criminalistic methodology prevent so called ‘phantom tours’, i.e. the
use of the trucks for private needs of the drivers and illegal property
gain. In this subsector the GPS system is really helpful, which is
distributed to many car transportation companies by ULPT.
