TOUR OF DUTY

To achieve a better coordination and connection of all company workers,
especially those who are on duty, a tour of duty represents one of the most important links in the whole company.

Apart from standard duties, information from service consumers and security workers as well as from
immediate managers, the workers of this service follow central alarm
systems, video surveillance and GPS.

Also, all the time a certain number of workers is in a state of alert and
they go on duty if necessary and if a security of buildings, clients and
workers is in a state of dange according to the estimation of a chief of
this service.

STATIČNO FIZIČKO OBEZBEĐENJE

A sector of intern control in private companies DEFINITELY cannot react in
a proper way if there is no good base, i.e. a confidential and loyal STATIC
AND PHYSICAL SECURITY, which will be in service during the actions of
internal control.

Static and physical security includes not only visual observation but also
the control of people, luggage, vehicles and appropriate papers at entrance and exit from the company, as well as close cooperation with the employees in the Sector of Internal Control.

In this way we have achieved top results in discoveries and preventions of
comitting illegal property actions. A usual procedure is a frequent change
of the workers in static security, which means that ULPT policy bans
constant workers in one position for the reason of possible misuse of a
position.

A static security or so called ’guards and doormen’, in ULPT are not
the people who take their position for granted in an old way of security
work. In the first place a static security worker is a starting point of a
private securuty base. Therefore we do our best to please the workers of
this sector in the form of good and quality equipment, as well as a
relatively high salary which is the most important factor with the
employees. That is why ULPT thinks it is not good to accept all job offers
which results in low salary of the employees because in that way we would harm our qualities and survival on the market.

Those who work in this sector are the people with experince in this field
and they are not older than 35, of good health, which is tested in ULPT
from time to time as well as their physical abilities. Apart from the CV
checkings these people are also checked with the governmental power.

SECURITY OF BIG PUBLIC PERFORMANCES, meaning not only physical security but also the plan of Security Estimation and Security Plan for the expected performance, along with the assistance and subcoordination with the police. ULPT management as well as the performers of this action of security have a great deal of experience in this kind of jobs.

We have organised the security for the following events:

• Indoor and outdoor concerts
  (Usce, Kalemegdan, the stadium of Marakana, Arena, EXPO Center)

• Football  matches of international importance
   (Stadioni Crvene Zvezde i Partizana)

• Parties with more than 6000 visitors

This sector is one of the most complex sectors in ULPT for the reason of a
lot of involved profiles of employed people. ULPT experts with great
experience from the police are involved in the process of making security
estimations for preventing the public disorder.

A GOOD Security estimation is a base of the success of public performances security out of which the Plan of Performance Security as well as the Plan of Evacuation are made.

The employed are made not only of watchmen, who are basically on duty to do the plan, but also of patrol made of highly trained people who will react and prevent the threat of disorder if reported in the protected zone.
